Developed with an intention to create new breed of teachers who are interesed to upgrade themselves in various facets of learning/teaching methodologies integrating technology using the inputs, efforts, contributions & free resources available for the betterment of student understanding. 

Teachers need to recognize and understand that their goal is to have the students successful in life. In all certainty, this learning will help teachers so that they will not only contribute to it but also will lead and define it too thereby creating a change in the lives of their students.
